MyWebGrocer's advertising network is looking for a sales representative to join their team. MWG has been in the web services and eCommerce business for 9 years. We are a growing, profitable and growing company based in Colchester, Vt. Our business has focused on the retail grocery industry nationwide. The advertising network division has been built to service the non-grocery market which will target North American Retailers. We are looking for a mature sales professional looking to make a direct and immediate impact on a small, entrepreneurial organization.
Qualified applicants will possess the following skills:
- Candidate must have proven solution selling, communication and client management skills and proven track record demonstrating building partnerships with top tier clients
- Experience in internet, technology and the eRetail environment is preferred
- 5-10 years selling experience in Sales/Ad Sales and/or technical sales environments
- Knowledge of Google Ad Words, Pay Per Click, Search Engine Optimization and web marketing
- Able to communicate and work with senior level managers
- Sharp business sense, resourceful, and goal orientated
- Strong computer and internet skills; Windows platform, DoubleClick/DART and web based applications
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Building and developing a sales plan to effectively enter this market

Advertising Operations Coordinator:
MyWebGrocer is looking for talented, enthusiastic individuals with an eye for detail to join our team. You will work closely with our sales and advertising team to implement advertising campaigns and ensure that campaigns achieve client goals, as well as design ads and coordinate with external agencies.
Requires Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S)
- Strong computer and internet skills; Windows platform and web based applications
- Must be proactive and work with a minimum amount of supervision, as well as part of a larger team
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Dart/DoubleClick and Graphic Design tools preferred

Sr. Software Architect / Principal Engineer:
Primary area of responsibilities will include:
- Architect and lead development of next generation web advertising and customer acquisition systems that work with today’s leading search engines and social networking sites.
- Oversee entire product lifecycle.
- Consult with designers, retailers and CPGs to evaluate and develop product specifications.
- Estimate and prepare project plans, budgets, timelines
- Evaluate technical alternatives and feasibility; produce detailed technical design documents that offer the best solution to the problem.
- Participate as a technical expert during iterative development cycles reviewing the teams work product for quality control.
- Work as a team member with product management, support, documentation, training and sales departments providing in depth product knowledge.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Masters or PhD degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent combined education and experience.
- Minimum of 15 years software systems work with extensive experience on large scale internet based systems and at least 5 years of technical team leadership.
- A self starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment bringing new ideas and technologies into the business.
- Expertise in SQL, C#, JavaScript, Java, Ajax, XML
- Web Application and Web Services development experience
- A thorough understanding of High Availability, Load Balancing, Performance Tuning, Security, and Search Engine Optimization.
- Demonstrable expertise in Web Tracking Analytics (Google and Quantcast) and Advertising systems (DoubleClick and Adwords)
- Excellent writing, modeling and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills necessary to evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstract low level information to general understanding and form an appropriate solution.
- Evidence of leadership competencies including team building, self confidence, results orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Additional experience with retail or supply chain software systems would be ideal.
