Data entry and manipulation personnel-
Duties Include, but may not be limited to:
- Receive, review, and maintain consumer packaged good descriptions and photos, entering them into various systems.
- Enter pertinent data from source documents and perform detailed edit checks of input on various systems.
- Perform quality checks on interactive and shopable circulars, correcting entries where indicated.
- Conduct manual list comparison, making additions, deletions and amendments on various systems as necessary.
- Maintain appropriate records, files and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An ability to learn and adhere to standards of data input on various systems.
- A general understanding of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- A focus on accuracy of information being input.
- The ability to work 15-20 hours per week in an office environment.
Our sales representatives are energetic, driven, focused and well-organized and will join the MyWebGrocer Ad Sales team selling online advertising campaigns.
Primary Area of Responsibility/Duties:
- Close new business opportunities with CPG Manufactures, online advertisers, and agencies.
- Expected to generate a high volume of leads and sales related activity including cold calling, outbound emails, presentations, RFPs, and more. Must meet or exceed revenue quota assigned consistently.
- Create Powerpoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and manage leads in SalesForce.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, gain deep insight into their business and ultimately provide solutions to their marketing and advertising goals.
- Sales Meetings and Account management
- Limited travel on a monthly basis as needed to support these objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience cold calling
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Analytical skills necessary to evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstract low level information to general understanding and form an appropriate solution
- An understanding of digital media and advertising effectiveness is a plus
- Mastery of Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and familiarity with CRM programs like Salesforce.com

The ideal candidate will have a solid working knowledge of Windows 2003/2008, VMWare, Storage Area Networking. Networking responsibilities to include Firewall, router, switch configurations. Knowledge and familiarity with Cisco and F5 equipment a plus. Key responsibilities include:· System maintenance, performance monitoring and tuning, designing procedures for benchmarking and ensuring information security. Working in cross-functional project teams that include Design, Development, Quality Assurance, and Application Support, configuration and maintenance of Production, QA, and Development environments, and storage area network. Communicate directly with team members/end users to diagnose and resolve issues. Coordinate and perform infrastructure and application upgrades. Work with other team members to continually improve our delivery and processes. Participate in off-hours beeper rotation and perform off-hours services. Limited travel may be required.
Functional activities include:
• Install, operate, and maintain firewalls and intrusion prevent systems (IPS),
• Provide second level technical support for various firewalls and content load balancing issues.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide security guidance and recommendations as needed.
• Provide backup support to the company and on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Evaluate the impact of current security advisories and publications.
• Develop security procedures, guidelines, and checklists, and conduct security reviews of core infrastructure.
- General server maintenance and support

Qualified candidates must have the following experience:
• Networking and general server administration in a Windows environment.
• In depth knowledge of network and applications security,

This position will primarily call on CPG and Pharmaceutical companies and their agencies in the New York Metro area.
