- Picking Order- Handheld devices organize the customer’s order by aisle, based on a schematic of your store’s layout.This intuitive technology simplifies the picking process for your current employees and requires lesslearning time from new employees.
- Multiple Orders- Handheld devices store and display multiple customer orders, allowing for simultaneous picking.
- Time Savings- Orders completed on the Handheld device can be exported to the POS system for easy checkout. Alternately, a barcode version of the order can be printed directly from the device, for quick scanning at the POS.
- Product Accuracy- The picker is alerted if an incorrect item is scanned.
- Product Detail- Additional product information and noted customer preferences can be obtained from the unit.
- Exception Tracking- The device allows OOS items to be substituted. Order substitutions are tracked via a printable exception
report, which is presented for customer review at the time of pickup.
